Virtual Reality Hackathon at MIT

This weekend, over 50 Harvard students represented the pool of 350 participants at the Reality, Virtually, Hackathon-- the largest AR/VR hackathon ever organized. 

 

Some notable highlights:

  • Harvard AR/VR Student Alliance President Luna Yuan opened up the Hackathon as an MC and was instrumental in bringing in Harvard as a co-sponsor for the event. 
  • Rus Gant, director of the Visualization Research and Teaching Laboratory at Harvard,  presented a workshop on the History of VR and was a judge for the final round of the competition.
